Another tutorial that I hope can be used for all occasions

Lets Begin
New Image 700 X 600 flood fill white
Copy & Paste your template as a new layer,
Selections, Select all, Selections Float, Selections Defloat
selections, modify, expand 2
Copy & Paste your first scrap paper of choice as a new layer,
Selections Invert, delete. Selections, select none
Add a small drop shadow (effects, 3D effects, dropshadow) V&H 0, Opacity 69, Blur 6 Black

Move the black template to the top layer,
Selections, Select all, Selections Float, Selections Defloat, Selections Modify, Contract 3
Copy & Paste your second paper of choice
Selections, Invert, delete. Selections, select none.

Again, Move the black template to the top layer
Resize just this layer 90%
Selections, Select all, Selections Float, Selections Defloat
New Raster layer, a color that matches your papers
Add same drop shadow as above.

Again, Move the black template to the top layer
Resize just this layer 98%
Selections, Select all, Selections Float, Selections Defloat
New Raster layer, flood fill white
Add same drop shadow as above.
You can now delete the black template

Now time to write your recipe, once you have it all written out
Right click on the layer over in the layer pallette, Convert to raster
Image, free rotate, left 13
Copy & Paste your rolling pin as a new layer, position it down your tag a bit
add same drop shadow as above, and then another drop shadow of
V & H 3 same settings as last time for the rest.
Hit D on your keyboard, that will bring up the raster deform tool
while holding down the shift key, move the top left corner up a bit until it looks more straight
and again holding the sift key, move the bottom right corner down a wee bit
It doesnt have to be perfect, just adds to the homemade look.

Now time to decorate your recipe card,
for each element add the same small drop shadow we used

Once your all done decorating, X out your white background layer, and merge visable
Make your white background layer visable again,
Using your crop tool, crop to a size of 620 x 500 pixels
add a new raster layer,
move this layer so that it is in the middle of the background and tag layer

Flood fill this layer, with an accenting color to your tag
Go to layers, new mask layer, from image find your mask
Layers, Merge all layers
Add your copyright info, water mark and name.
Resize if you want a smaller tag
Save as Jpg and your done.
Yay!! Thank You for trying my tutorial
Hugs n PSP Kisses
