This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP X (any version will work)
Tube of choice, I used artwork by Olivia
If you would like to use her artwork please visit CILM
Circle Matt frame of choice & Accents of choice.
I used Vintage Paris kit you can purchase Here
Mask of choice, I used Vix's Mask 12
you can get from her site Here
Animation Shop
EyeCandy 5 Impact~Motion Trail
Font of choice.
Diamonds HERE

Image, New Image 600x525 pixels.
Flood fill background white.
Go to layers, new raster layer ok
Flood fill with a color that matches your tube.
Now to to layers again, new mask layer, from image
find your mask OK
Back to layers again. Go down to merge-merge group.

Now to Adjust~Blur~Gaussian Blur 3

Copy & Paste your circle matt frame as a new layer
(If you are using the one from Vintage Paris I resized it to 462 pixels.
Using your magic wand tool, click inside the circle
Selections, modify~ expand 9
Selections~Invert
Copy & Paste your paper as a new layer.
Position it to where you like it.
Hit Delete.
On your layer palette, drag this layer below your fame layer.
Copy & Paste your tube that you are using inside the circle as a new layer.
Position and Delete.
Selections, Select None.

X out your white background to make it hidden
go to layers, merge visable.

Click on your frame layer to make it active.
Copy & Paste your diamond tube tube as a new layer.
Move it to one of the little circles in your circle mat
(if your frame doesnt have the cut out circles, just position it in the center of the scalloped edge)
Resize as needed.
If you want to color it to match your tube, you may do so now.
Adjust~hue & saturation, colorize........

Now here comes the repetative part lol
Go to layers, duplicate.
Using your mover tool, move this to the next spot.
Layers, duplicate. Move again
Repeat this until all of your holes have jewels in them.

Once your all done that, X out the white background and the frame layer.
Layers, merge visable. (we will come back to this layer)
You can make your layers visable again.

Copy & Paste your tube as a new layer.
Position and Resize as needed.
Add a drop shadow (for my second example I used V3 H7 Opacity 49 Blur 4)
Now copy and paste your accents as a new layer,
adding a small drop shadow to each one.(I used V&H 2 opacity 39 blur 4)

Once your all done making your tag yours n pretty
X out the white background again lol along with your framed layer, diamond layer
and go to layers , merge visable ......... now its easier to work with .

Add your name, watermark, copyright info and resize as needed.

Now....... do you want your tag animated or not lol
( I have a second example at the bottom of this tut, not animated)

Click on your diamond layer, go to layers duplicate.
If your NOT animating your tag, click on your bottom diamond layer.
Go to effects, plugins, find your EyeCandy 5 Impact~Motion Trail.
Hit ok, as we are just going to go with the default settings.

If you ARE going to animated your tag,
Click on the bottom diamond layer.
Go to effects, EyeCandy 5 Impact~Motion Trail
Click on the Basic tab..... change the direction to 270.

Layers, merge all flatten.
Edit Copy, Over to animation shop
Edit paste as new animation.
Back to PSP, edit, undo merge all flatten, edit undo motion trail.
Effects........ Motion trail.... Direction 0
Layers, merge all flatten. Edit Copy, Over to animation shop.
Right click on your tag, and paste after current animation.

Back to PSP, edit, undo merge all flatten, edit undo motion trail.
Effects........ Motion trail.... Direction 90.
Again Layers, merge all flatten.
Edit Copy, Over to animation shop.
Right click on the second frame of your tag,
and paste after current animation.

Edit Select All.
Go to animation, frame properties, and change it to 35.

Save as gif. and YAY your done!
