This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP X (any version will work)
Animation Shop
Eye Candy Nature~Ripples
Font of choice, I used Pass The Chex
Mask of choice, I used BeckyMask 34
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Steve Baier

6 Scrap Papers of choice
My Supplies here
Open up the template and all of your supplies in PSP
Open the template, click on layer labelled 1 (pink) to make it active,
go to selections ~ select all, selections ~ float, selections ~ defloat.
Copy & Paste your first paper of choice as a new layer.
Position so the pattern you like is visable in inside the selected area.
Go to selections, invert. Hit Delete on your keyboard.
Selections, Select None.
On your layer palette, delete the pink layer 1.

Next repeat these steps for all 6 of the layers, until they are all done.

Starting on Layer 6 (cause thats where you should have finished off)
Add a drop shadow of V & H 1, Opacity 69, Blur 11. Black (or a dark color from your kit/tube)
Once you are all done that, click on the frame layer,
Copy & Paste your frame as a new layer.
Resize it so that it is almost or as close to the size of the example as possible.

Delete the frame sample layer.
Using your magic wand, click inside your frame.
Go to selections, modify ~ expand by 5.
Layer, new raster layer.
Click on your flood fill tool.
Now over on your layer palette...
on the top where your color materials are,click on the bottom color,
change it to a dark color from your tube or papers.
Next click on the forground and pick a lighter color from your scrap papers.
Now click on your forground color again, and click on gradient.
Clicking on the colored gradient, look for foreground, to make sure you have the right one lol.
We want our angle to be 220 and 0 repeats. Ok.
Now fill this layer with your gradient.
Selections, Select none.
On your layer palette, drag this layer bellow your frame layer.

Click on your frame to make it active, add same drop shadow as before.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, using your rectangle selection tool,
select anything out that your dont want hanging out of your frame.
Add same drop shadow.

On your layer palette, x out the white background.
Layers merge visable.
Duplicate this layer we will come back to this in a few.
Un x your white background.

Clicking on your white background, go to layers, new raster layer.
Flood fill with a color from your tag.
Go to layers, new mask layer, find your mask OK.
On your layer palette, right click on the masked layer, and merge group.
Next go to layers, new raster layer,
and flood fill with a different color from your tag,
add mask layer again same as above and merge group.
Resize this layer 85%.
Add your name, watermark and copyright info.

Ok now on the the animation effect.
Remember we duplicated the merged layer, we want the top layer to stay the same,
so click on the original (bottom) to make it active.
Go to effects, Plugins, find your EyeCandy Nature ~ Ripples
Apply the following settings.
Clicking on random speed, til you like how it looks on your tag.




Go to layers, merge all flatten.

Copy & Paste over in animation shop as a new image.
Back to PSP, Edit ~ Undo Merge All - Edit ~ Undo Ripples.
Go to effects, and apply the ripple effect again, only changing the speed.
Layers, merge all flatten - Copy & Paste over in animation shop as after current image.

For the last time lol back to PSP, Edit ~ Undo Merge All - Edit ~ Undo Ripples.
again to effects, and apply the ripple effect, changing the speed.
Layers, merge all flatten -
Copy & Paste over in animation shop as after last current image.
Go to edit, select all.
Animation, frame properties and pick a speed. I used 35 but to each their own.
Save as gif and yayyy your done!
