This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP X (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Monte M Moore
If you would like to use his/her artwork please visit CILM
Scrapkit I am using called Gone Fishing,
by iiRe Designs
Supplies here

Font of Choice

Lets Begin :o)
Open the template I provided.
Copy & Paste as a new layer your own lake, or one of the ones I provided.
Move this layer bellow your frame layer.

Resize Element River Rock 85% (all layers checked)
until you get it a width of 364
Copy & Paste onto your tag, move to the leftt hand side of your tag.
Right click on your layer palette, and duplicate.
Image, mirror.
for each rock layer go to effects, 3 D effects, drop shadow
V&H 0, Opacity 69, Blur 6, Color Black. OK

Now click on your frame layer so it is active.
Using your magic wand, click inside the frame.
Go to selections, invert

Click down on your rock layer and hit delete
again for the other rock layer.
Selections, select none.

Ok, click on your frame layer again so it is active.
Right click on the layer palette and duplicate.
this automatically sends you to the copy of the frame,
so now resize 85%.
Add same drop shadow as above.

Now click on your original frame layer
go to selections, select all,
selections, float,
selections,defloat
selections, invert........ theres a mouthfull lol

Open up element_driftwood.
Image, free rotate 90 rick.
Copy & Paste this as a new layer.
move to the right.Delete.
Paste as a new layer again,
move this one to the left. Delete.
Selections, select none.

Open up the can of worms (lmao sounds funny)
Resize 85% until you get to aprox 167 in height.
Copy & Paste as a new layer, move towards the right hand side
tuck the corner in the frame.
Add same drop shadow.

Click on your duplicated frame layer to make it active.

Open up the boat oar, again resizing 85% each time,
until you get to aprox 371 W
Copy and paste as a new layer,
Move to the bottom of your tag.
Image, free rotate, right 20

On your layer palette, right click and duplicate
Go to images, mirror.
Add same drop shadow to both of these layers.

Open the fish, resize again same % until you get to aprox 164W
paste as a new layer,
Move to the center of your oars, add same drop shadow.

Open up the catch of the day sign
resize again 85% until you get to aprox 200 W
Paste as a new layer, and move towards the right hand side of your tag.
Add drop shadow.

Open up the worm on the hook, isnt it cute lol
Resize same way until aprox 281 H
Paste as a new layer, position off of your catch of the day signs.
same drop shadow.

Open up the drift wood, this time with the rope.
Resize again, until aprox 457 W.
Paste towards the top of your tag,
allowing both oval frames to be showing.
Add same drop shadow.

Open up hook line and sinker sign
or any other one of the awesome signs in this kit.
Resizing the same % until you get to aprox 200 H.
Paste as a new layer, and postition towards the left hand side of your tag.
Image, free rotate, left 20.
Same drop shadow.

Open up your bobbers, resize until aprox 370 H
Paste onto your tag, Image, free rotate, 20 left.
Add drop shadow.

Copy & Paste your tube as a new layer, position and resize.
Add same drop shadow, and then add another one
this time V 5 H 1 Opacity 39, Blur 6 Black.

Now go back to your drift wood layer, clicking on it to make it active,
add the large drop shadow.
While your here, you minus well add your name.

Click on your worm on a hook, add same large drop shadow.

Ok..... x out your white background.
Layers, merge all visable.
Resize 85 % (all layers unchecked)

Un X your white background.
Duplicate your merged layer.
On the bottom layer, resize 105 %
Go to adjust, blue, gaussian blur. 8 OK
On your top merged layer, add same large drop shadow.

Using your crop tool crop off the extra white background on each side.
Resize to your liking. I resized mine 85% twice.

Add your copyright info, water mark
Save as jpg.
and yayyyy your done lol
