This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. Supplies Needed: PSP X (any version will work) Tube of choice I used artwork by Zindy if you would like to use her artwork please visit her store HERE I am using bits from a freebie colab BCA kit that I did with Bittersweet Designs. You can download them HERE and HERE Font of Choice. My Supplies: here Tags are really fun to make, and sometimes you can send a really good message through them. Of course this tag is in honour of Breast Cancer Awareness. Get Checked! Extract the ribbon psp shape file- into your psp preset shapes folder. If you want to skip this - I have included a ribbon for you. New Image 600 x 500 flood fill white Click on your preset shapes tool find your heart. Click on your background color palette, choose the color you want to use. draw out your heart, make it large enough to almost fit your whole tag it doesnt have to be perfect :o) Objects, align, center in canvas. Layers, convert to raster. Adjust, blur, gaussian blur 10 OK. Now click on your preset shapes tool again, find ribbon. Over on your colors palette, choose a darker shade of the same color for your foreground and a lighter shade for the background now on the background color, click on the color, change it from color to gradient find your gradient you just made, change the angle to 44 repeats 0 Draw out your ribbon, again we want it large. Objects, align, center in canvas. Layers, convert to raster. Layers, duplicate. Click on the bottom ribbon, add blur again. Click on your top ribbon. Now we are going to add the text to the top of our ribbon draw out another ribbon a bit larger than your original one Move it so that it is overlapping the other ribbon and now drag down, so that the top of your new ribbon is about halfway down the top of your original ribbon. Layers, new raster layer. click on your text tool,find the font you want to use Over on your layer, if you go to type over the top of the ribbon you should get and A with a half circle under it. Type out what you would like to put on your ribbon. Layers convert to raster. Now you can position your text where it looks nice. Add a small drop shadow if you want. Click on your newest ribbon shape and delete it. Copy & Paste the book as a new layer. Copy & Paste your tube for the notepaper as a new layer resize as needed. Change the opacity from 100 to aprox 40 depending on how dark your tube is play with it :) Copy & Paste your Be Aware as a new layer. Add your message to the texted paper side of the book. Copy and Paste your other tube as a new layer position and resize as needed. Apply a small drop shadow I used V&H 2 Opacity 40 Blur 2. You can now add the text to the tails of your ribbon if you want. Add your name, copyright info and watermark. Save as .jpg Yay your done! Thank You for trying my tutorial. Hugs N PSP Kisses.
